MP3 Friday: Seventeenth Edition
If this is your first MP3 Friday, here’s how it works: each Friday, I find music in MP3 blogs, and post links to my favorites. You, in turn, click through to the post, and load up your Zune (or brand X player) with the free music.
okletsgo:
- Aquarium Drunkard posts a track from Ron Sexsmith, and one from Rufus Wainwright
- Spinner (new on the “cool kids” list) posts music from Page France, Robert Gomez, and more.
- Brooklyn Vegan posts an mp3 from a hardcore band whose name I can’t say (parental advisory explicit lyrics). nighthawk, you’re going to *love* this one.
- You Ain’t No Picasso posts an MP3 from Frog Eyes
- Rock Insider Jax posts some Sea Wolf MP3s, as well as an open love letter.
- My Old Kentucky Blog and Aquarium Drunkard interviewed Bishop Allen at SXSW, and MOKB posts the interview and MP3.
- Fluxblog has an mp3 from Field Music nice!
- And IRockCleveland digs into the vault and posts music from The Mice.
- Last but certainly not least, Chromewaves posts a few tracks from Stars of Track and Field, and The Long Winters.
Enjoy the music and have a great weekend everybody!
