Today we (the Zune team) received a cake from a member of the Zune community – Stefan at I Want a Pink Zune dot com. Stefan ordered the cake from Mike’s amazing cakes:

keep up the great work.

We are eagerly awaiting

If you want to have a look at it – it’s downstairs in the atrium – I’ll cut it up in about 5 minutes (first come first serve).

All I can say is wow. Here’s a picture of me holding the cake. I didn’t even know it was coming; but I did wear my IWAPZ.com shirt today. Fortuitous

After sending that email, the cake was gone in about 10 minutes.

Today is my first day back at work - the wedding/honeymoon/opening presents was great. It’s good to be back, and stay tuned for the Zune news as I have it. Thanks to everybody for the kind words, too. You rock.

Have you recently bought a Zune for $109 (or even less) from Dell and you haven’t received it yet? Well, you should forget about it right now. Dell won’t send you the Zune because this is considered an “internal error”…
